McCain has already been through it - is he really able to legally run for president? The answer is yes. Although he was not born in the US he was born on a US naval base. Even if McCain was born on the lunar space station he would still be able to run because both of his parents are US citizens - meaning he was born a US citizen.
Now the rumor mill is churning about Barack Obama. People are saying simple things like he won't reveal his birth certificate because he was born in his father's native Kenya. Then there are the completely ridiculous rumors saying that Obama's birth certificate is false and is an altered version of his sister's. Some are even going as far to say that Obama isn't really Obama, that he was switched out as a child - don't ask me how people come up with these stories.
Here is the truth - like McCain, no matter where Obama was born, Kenya or Hawaii, his mother was a US citizen making him a US citizen. And, just for your information, Obama was born on Aug. 4, 1961, at 7:24 p.m. in Hawaii.

1. No birth certificate has been produced to date. The two shown to date were either forged or simply a 2007 printout from the Hawaii computer system. NOT A CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
2. His mother was under the age of 19 when she gave birth. Check the law in effect at the time. Citizenship NOT established.
3. His natural-born status was waived when he became an Indonesian citizen and then failed to re-instate the status when he returned to the U.S.
